reduce users print

The school I work for have 2 epson C900N network lasers, which clients are allocated depending on location.

The printing from students has been stupid and is cost the school to much money.

Is there any software either FREEWARE OR PURCHASE that can be installed on each client and have a restriction on number of print per day etc.

We do not have a print server.
