One of my directors is using the redirector on his home pc, that syncs into our server..

He uses the Vodafone network.

I am assuming this is how it works. An email get sent to his works email address, then gets redirected to his vodafone email address (@mobileemail.vodafone.net). Then once arriving in there, then its gets sent to his handset.

I hoping thats the way its work, or to my understanding.

My issue is that in his vodafone account he has a 10mb limit, so after a few email depending on the size it can get full, then the person who sent an email to his work address is getting a bounce back email, saying the email had not been sent - thus looking a bit stupid - even though it has been sent.

Can anybody advise me if there is a way to autmatically erase the email out of the vodafone account that have been sent to the handset.

Or any other way you feel to get around my issue.

Many thanks for your time.

I have T-Mobile accounts for my users, but it should work the same. There should be an option on the Vodafone account to delete messages after X days. That should free up the space. Sorry I cannot be more specific than that, I have never seen the Vodafone account. Shoudo be on the Options or Config tab.
