I just upgraded from Office 2002 to Office 2003.
I'm running Win2k and Blackberry Desktop Manager 3.6.2 (the latest service pack).
The Desktop redirector has stopped functioning entirely.
When it tries to connect to the email system, it crashes with "Application error":
The instruction at "0x00435963" referenced memory at "0x8004010f". The memory could not be "read".

I am using Outlook in POP mode.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I am having exactly the same problem. Have you had any luck in resolution?

Jerry

DId you ever resolve this issue? It just started happening to me.

Any luck with this issue? "The instruction at "0x00435963" referenced memory at "0x8004010f". The memory could not be "read"." Thanks!!

Yes, if you're not running latest SP for your BB software and you are using o2003, the cached mode is crashing it.

If that's not it... you will need to delete the outlook profile and add a new one.
