Redirection shown across ITG network

I have a number of Option 81Cs running 4.5 all networked together with ITG trunks.

If I call from site A to B and the user on remote side has forwarded their phone I see CFWD and the new DN shown on my display. However calling from A to C or A to D that isn't shown.

I assume there is a setting somewhere on the remote systems that allows this information to be passed back to the calling switch, btu can't find a reference to this. Can anyone help?

Hi,

You have to create the CPND in the LD 95 if it is already created check that the PNI in the NET_DATA (LD 15) is the same for all your sites (the PNI must be different of 0) and the same think with the PNI in the RDB of your ITG TRUNK.

Thanks - just checked - the entry is there in CPDN for CFWD etc. Also our PNI in net data (and on the ITG trunks) is 1 across all sites....
