Redirection Digits Mailbox number at ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists

I created ACD path and it plays RAD message. I added 2 options during message used by Dial out of the queue. Option 1 is to leave a callback number and option 2 is to leave a message to mailbox for extention 100. How can I set it up on ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists to transfer this call to ext. 100's mailbox to leave a message? I created the mailbox 100 for ext. 100.

Create a hunt group *100
Route HG *100 to VM
Set Path Interflow Dialing to *100

1. Hunt group: *100 without member? Voice or Voicemail?
2. Call rerouting always?
For example,
- Always Alternate Number: 11
- Change all to rerount and VM number (600 or 101?)
3.Call rerouting: Day and Night as 11?

How about redirect to specific voicemail on MLAA? It doesn't allowed Nametag hunt group on directory number field.

I don't know how to link *2000 nametag hunt group to extension 2000. Would you advice to me?


I have proven the following concept in my lab.

By combining the process for Quick access to voicemail and the process for Using Nametag Huntgroups to override VM Integration, it is relatively simple to route a call to one station directly to the voicemail of another.

I have only tested this with the embedded mail.

If anyone has a Nupoint available for testing I would like to know if the process works for it as well.

Process to route ext 1000 into Mailbox 2000 (testing)


Create mailbox 2000
Create Namtag Huntgroup *2000
Create Always Reroute Point for *2000
Create 1st Alternative Reroute point for *2000
Set Routing for *2000 to always route to voicemail
Dial *2000 and verify call goes to mailbox 2000
Set Routing for Ext 1000 on 1st Alt to *2000
Dial 1000 and verify call goes to mailbox 2000 on no answer
Set DND on 1000
Dial 1000 and verify call goes to mailbox 2000 on Busy
Set routing for ext 1000 on Always to *2000
Dial 1000 and verify call goes to mailbox 2000 on Always

I will write up a FAQ once I know how the Nupoint responds.
 
Dont use nametag

It just works. *100 will route to MB 100

Nupoint would use an alternate extension and should not have the * in it. Any number would work
