Redirecting Number for PRI Billing CF All Calls

Dear Telefolks,

How can the 87XX or Definity Switch be configured such that the ISDN SETUP message going out a PRI will contain the "Redirecting Number Parameter" and "Redirecting Number" information element, allowing the call to be correctly billed by the LEC, if it was forwarded by a Definity station, and therefore contains a foreign originator as the calling party number?
