Hi All,

Was hoping someone out there would know how this is done. I have a few email addresses pointed at my account, however, I am going on vacation for a while and would like two of these redirected to other people in the office. I have tried to do it through Outlooks Rules tool, however, it redirects emails sent to ANY of the several addresses pointed at me because they all have the same underlying address.

Can any one tell me how to redirect certain addresses to other people in my domain without redirecting ALL my email? I'm guessing that this needs to be done at the server level rather than in Outlook.

Thanks for all your help.

Create a rule with the following:

Go to rules

Select from Blank Rule
At Step 1, scroll down until you see "With specific word in reciepients address" select this and add all the email addresses you want to forward.

Then in Step 2) scroll down until you see forward it to people or distribution groups

Make sure you apply it and you should be all set.
