redirect users to a specific webpage

I have a number of users who are not suppose to have internet access.

I would like them to be redirected to an internal webpage explaining this instead of them being presented with a login box and ringing the helpdesk

any ideas, hints etc

You can create a Site and Content rule to redirect all request from specific User-Group to the internal web server that host the alerting page.

thanks, I have sorted this now by editing the default error page itself with the info required
