redirect to page

Hi

I have a one update form where you can open this from any other page.

for example: you are now on open.asp page
and update a particular record
when submitting this update form you come back to open.asp

but when you are on search.asp and update a particular record (you use here the same update form (page) you will return to open.asp

so here is the problem I want to go back to search.asp instead of open.asp.

can this be solve very simple way???
I am working with dwmx.

Add a hidden form variable to each page with the value of that pages name, then in your update page just read that in and ammend where the redirect is going to

that is strange...

how can this be the you can open the update from different pages...

at this moment you can open the update page from 2 other main pages

the question is how do you redirect to the correct main page where you come from
