Hi,
Is it possible to redirect a recipients e-mail to an external e-mail address rather than another recipient ?
I am using exchange 5.5. In exchange admin I can only select another user's mailbox to redirect mail to.

I know this can supposedly be done using Outlook's 'out of office assistant' (we use outlook as the client program) but this doesnt seem to work.

Thanks for your help,
Nick

as i can remember there is a way do to this with creating custom recipient and redirecting the mail to that account

Great ! That worked a treat.
I created a custom recipient with the internet mail address set as the e-mail address I want to redirect to then set this as the alternative recipient on the original recipient's details. Hey presto.
Thanks a lot.
Nick
