What exactly do you want to have happen--when you hit handsfree or pick up the handset do you want to get a free line from the pool to make an external call?
If what I had asked you is the case then you must prime the line to the POOL. If there is a 9 involve I would then hotline the 9, then when the handset is lifted or handsfree is pressed then a 9 will automatically be entered, however if the actual line button or an intercom button is pressed then you will have to enter the 9.
Setup is One DID incoming per phone, Prime line Intercom,out dial 9 gives you pool. Sales told them they can redirect to a outer office. Feature 84 then selet line out. Thats were i am at how do i get it to hit the pool.
after you press F84, you enter the line used to make the outgoing calls. If you want to use a pool, at his step you would hit the IC, then the pool code.
Thanks all, bkrike you were right on the button....The only thing that it dont transfer a call from the call center, if they hit the call center and know your ext dial it, That will not it goes to vm.. Is there a way to get all calls int too.. Thanks
calls from an AA or call center could be coming in on the IC, which cant be forwarded with line redirection. To fwd all calls use call forward, with routes and destination codes.
