Redirect Call Within Unity 8.6

Hello,

Is there a way when someone gets my voice mail greeting to give the caller the option during my greeting to call someone else if they know the other persons extension? I know I can send them to dial by name, but what this group would like to do is say something like "if you know your parties extension enter it now otherwise please stay on the line and leave a message".

Is this doable? Thanks

In 8.6 at least, as long as "ignore caller input" is not checked under user->edit->greetings->(Standard, or whichever greeting you are using)->During Greeting section than the caller can dial another extension during the mailbox greeting and the system will try to transfer them to that extension.
