redirect by external address

we receive mails from a particular domain (externaldomain.com). we would like to send all mails sent from any address in this domain to a distribution list on our exchange server (dist_list@mydomain.com).
is this possible with or preferably without 3rd party addons.
we're running a single exchange 2003 server.

Would require a custom bit of code for your server or a 3rd-party app. There's nothing in the GUI that will set this up for you. This is a normal feature of Exchange 2007 though...
