REDIRECT 8X24 PHONE

I have one CO line on my phone and I want to redirect it to and outside number, I pressed F84 and selected outdial line pool and then entered digits and tried to select the line. phone comes back and tells me denined.What am I doing wrong?

What is the exact message you are getting?

[li]"Denied in admin": You don't have the ability to redirect the lines on your set.[/li]
[li]"Line denied": You are trying to redirect a line that is private to another set.[/li]
[li]"Redirect denied": You pressed a button that is not a line (for example, an Intercom button or an Answer button).[/li]
[/ul]
 
Bring you up to date we installed a 0X12 with DS Cards and everything works like it should

No it was the Disconnect Supervision, still only the one trunk and Redirects to Line Pool

And I guess that the exact message was "Unequipped line", meaning that the incoming line wasn't equipped with disconnect supervision.
