Hi all, I've got a problem with a phone system. When I make an external call but the recipient misses it and then presses redial, the call is going through to a mobile number, not the landline that the external call was made on. Any idea why it might be doing this? It sounds like there is some forwarding set but I can't see anything that would be making it do that and all the phones are definately in service. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks!

1) check you are not overriding presented CLI in any shortcodes (in most places you should only be able to send a valid CLI for your circuit anyway)

2) use system monitor to confirm the CLI being sent to the ISDN line & compare it to the one recieved

3) create a test short code to force CLI to a known valis number & repeat setp 2 (sc=8N tn = NS<number> feature dial)

3) Phone your line provider & ask why they are changing the presented number!

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!

Thanks for the response IPGuru. I've done a bit more digging round and think I might have found a solution. If I look at the "? ." Dial short code, if I replace the "." with ".s(number i want to display)" would that solve the problem?
