406v2 4.0(10) VMpro w/ IMS, PRI, PMpro, 5420 and 5410 phones.

added a 9 in the PRI prefix setting so we can call local numbers through the log or PMpro but not long distnce because there is no 1. any work arounds for this?

91 in the prefix will work as long as your provider doesn't mind using 1 with non-long distance calls..

I did the 9 prefix, but because we don't do 10 digit dialing in this area, I was able to massage the shortcodes/ARS to add the 1 for LD and strip off the area code for local.

Baumann1 can you show me what these short codes look like?

Sure. This is a portion of the ARS entry from a 4.0.7 system.
Don't forget, I prefixed the line with a "9".

Code Number Feature Line Grp ID
715845N; 845N Dial 1
xxxxxxxxxx; 1N Dial 1

The first one is a local exchange and the second is LD. In a location with alot of local exchanges, this could be a sizable task, but luckily in this case, it wasn't all that bad.
