One of user was using old Avaya phone (i guess it was 1608), now the system is upgraded to latest CM along with J169 phones. The user is complaining that the new phone (three prime/extension keys are programmed as old extension also had three extensions having same number keys available) redial option is not working like as it was working in old phone. In old phone after pressing redial key the phone display last three number which were dialout by the prime keys and wait for user selection and then after the user selection it dials out.

Can i setup the same redial feature in J169 or J179???

I don't think you can get the exact same feature, but you can change between just dialing out the last number again or displaying a list of the last 10 or so numbers.

In System Manager, go to Elements / Communication Manager / Endpoints / Manage Endpoints and edit the specific phone.
Navigate to the Profile Settings tab. In the right-hand column you'll find the "Redial" option. You can select "One Number" or "List".

That may provide the user with a close-enough feature.
