Hi,

I would like to purchase redhat linux on the official site. But what to choose exactly. I need to install redhat on a PC which is going to run some server services like NIS/NFS. Which one should i choose?

Depends on how knowledgable you are in the server daemons you want to run. The cheap $49 option is plenty if all you are going to run is NIS/NFS stuff. The more you spend, the more support you get, the software is mostly the same.
