My aloha pos terminal screen is red. What is the common cause of this? Thanks for the help!

I was going to put a clever joke here, but then I realized I'm not a clever man. If it's "Looking for File Server" or "Cannot Locate Master Terminal" or you just mean the terminals have been put in redundant mode, then usually it starts with a network issue, but we really need some more info on this one.

I'm unoffendable. The screen on my terminal has a red tint. Everything else is functioning fine.

Oh.....LCD bulb, video card, or video cable can cause this

What kind of terminal is this? I had the same problem on the old Radiant 1210s quite a few times. Haven't seen it on the later models.

Yeah, that's a hardware problem. Screen, inverter, or bulb, I can't remember which. Get rid of that heap.
