Red Lights on the 4620

Got a call from one of my customers today. They have a hunt group with queueing of 6 phones. They have no voicemail attached to any of these phones. They reported today that all the red lights are illuminated on all the sets. Is there a feature that may have been toggled on? I checked VM and nothing is pointing these extensions or queues.

Leave word Calling may be activated, check the feature codes, if that doesn't work rum the command "clear amw all
