Red light behind QPC441F (#PE card)

I am seeing red light behind the QPC 441F (3PE card)not on the QPC 441F card. The next card is CNI card. I have Core/Net module NT5D21. My QPC 441F card is located on Network Group 0, Self 1, CPU 1. Is this somthing wrong or is normal ? Please, help me.

the red light denotes processor one, their is a strap on that self, the strap (which you can't see while in service) is the only diff between the two backplanes.. unless you need to change out a self, it does not come into play..
