Red Hat Update Agent freezes 1

I have a 7.0 RH box. I launch the RH Update Agent. Each time it freezes at 13% completion while 'Removing packages with files marked to skip from list' I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the up2date package but no luck. I couldn't find any info on the RH site. Any assistance is appreciated.

What version of up2date are you using? I remember having similar problems with an earlier version. The latest version is: up2date-2.5.3-1 which obviously you'll have to manually download and install.

Thanks for the advice. We were at 2.0.5. I did some poking around and found 2.5. I installed, and it worked like a charm. I dread the thought of manually having to do it.
