Red Blinking light in GATM 8 Module

Our BCM 400 running version 3.7 was recently hit by lightning.
It blew my DSM 32+.
After replacing it, I can see nothing at all wrong with the operation of the system.
Here is the problem though. I see a red blinking light inside of my GATM 8 module.
Any Idea what this could be? I have not taken it out to see if there is a lable on the LED.

Any Help would be appreciated.

I've noticed that too - it doesn't seem to affect operation, and the Nortel folks I talked with didn't know what it meant.

I've always been curious about that myself - maybe it has something to do with different country profiles that the card can operate in.
