Can I delete contents in the c:\recycler folder? I am running out of disk space. Is this the recycling bin? Thanks.

recycler folder?

You should find inside the Recycler folder one folder for each user on the machine. These folders represent the user's recycle bins. Anything inside them can be deleted. You will be warned if you attempt to delete the folders themselves though. Don't do that.
