OK,
With Crystal Enterprise you cannot choose a Quarterly option when scheduling a recurring job. So you have to choose Monthly and choose every 3 months. We did this and the recurring jobs all ran at the end of the quarter. BUT when I look for the recurring jobs that run every 3 months they are all gone, not the successful instances but the job that says Pending. I remember that the status of the job when I set it up this way was Pending and not Recurring which I found unusual. First of all, am I setting this up correctly and where could these Pending/recurring jobs have gone? Is it because there is some limit set and it just happened to delete those pending/recurring jobs because they are the oldest? Any help would be appreciated.
