Recreate SD card

Had an SD card die this morning (Avaya IPO couldn't see it and a different SD card booted fine, before going through the License transfers I thought i would re-create the SD card using manager however it just hangs on this screen (has done for about 20 minutes+ now )

any thoughts or is it anything I'm doing wrong, its been so long since I've had an SD card die

appreciate any help any one can give.
 
Classic case of me being premature, started coming to life and transferring after about half an hour :)

recreat SD card takes about 40 min intotal
Make sue you wait untill it says the card can be removed, when the "Coping files" box disappears there is still some activity going on & it is probably another 10 minutes befor it is finnished

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Start the procedure to replace the card under schedule rather than under duress.

Are you keeping up with the Commodore? Because the Commodore is keeping up with you.
