In my new PC I have a partition with 8GB with 6GB free and where is installed the recovery - Windows Vista, Works, Norton...
When I try to see all this folder I just can see the file recovery with 170Kb.
How can I "see" all the software in this Recovery partition?
Thanks

OK I can see now the files.
But all are Hiden and I can't change it. There is a way to do this?
I´m trying yo reinstal only the norton (I have 60 days free an having some errors)

Have you looked at any manual that came with your new computer to see what your actual Recovery options are? It may be that one of the options is just to recover installed applications, such as Norton (mind you, you might be better off without it, but that's another story).

This link will give you some idea of what I mean about recovering just an application.

I would like to be able to instal just what I want and not all the things that come with the PC. It instals and I don't want it:Works, Norton... - So I have tgo instal all stuff and then make uninstal
I have make a copy of some folders and even the copy don't allow to change atributes or to see the files.

Thanks for your help

Using Add or Remove (Programs and Features) is the best way to uninstall things. Norton so often plays up that they have a special removal tool for failed uninstalls.

This PC have no CD recovery just this partition
Now Norton don't work - is always with a error msg. So I can Remove it.
Then, if I want I can't add it because is in recovery partition. When PC starts I can make a recovery but for all stuff - windows vista, norton,works....
recovery folders are Hiden and I can't change this - ther´s no way to change this?
