Recovery Console - Regedit

I believe ERD Commander gives you this option.
If the issue is the server not booting then you could put the Hard Drive in another machine and load the hive from regedit there.
Windows and NT Admin.

As far as I know you can only restore specific hives by copying from the repair directory. As far as I know you can't run regedit from the recovery console. The only other option is to load an alternate copy of Windows and load the affected registry hive from there.
