I did a bad thing... in an attempt to add Service Pack 2 to a friends computer, it locked up and would not get back into windows. After going around and around, I finally had to do a reinstall of windows and all her programs. Unfortunatley, she uses Juno and her VERY valuable e-mails are no longer there. Is this something that I can use Winhex or Easeus on? or am I in bigger trouble than I thought?
