Recovering individual files

I'd like to recover individual files into a directory of choice. The back up was run on another server, all I need to do is recover individual Exchange emails into say D:/personal/exchange folder. I can't find a way to do this

Can someone please help, I'd really appreciate it.

How did you perform the Backup? Through the Exchange Agent?

You can do it if you backup the mailboxes using the exchange agent and redirect.
