The school I am working at has an application installed on a PC that the school has lost the disk for. The application has been installed properly (onto registry etc). I have the main part of the program in "program files" but of course this is not enough to copy and run on another computer.

I would like to know if its possible to find all data relating to the application on my pc and install it manually on another computer...or is there some software that can do this.

Has anyone done this?

Thanks

Try installing Norton Systemworks on the PC in question.
Go to the cleanaweap program and tellt you want to move the program to a different computer.
The program will gather up everything including all registry entries and back them up.
Install NSW on the target PC and reverse the process.
I have done this several times from win95, 98,98SE,ME, and W2K. The XP version have a couple of bugs and I think Sysmantec was discountinuing the product.

Please post your solutions as we all count on the information learned.
