recover password nortel 1120e

HI,

I got a 1120 nortel phone that was connected to Asterisk. I wanted to connect to cs 1000. I tried to reset it to enter the new TN, but the default password 26567 * 738 does not work (maybe changed). my question is: how can we change or recover the password? or reinstall a new ios? please. I'm stuck.

altogether, I tried this method: when I enter ** 73639 [MAC] ## nothing happens, it did not work for me.
