Recover exchange server 5.5

While I'm testing my on line backup , I install new exchange server for test , I gave it same (NT domain name ,orgnization name , site name & computer name as my productive server , I restore all the information store to my test server , when I try to start the information store it didn't start.

Appreciate if any body has did full recovery for exchange server and give me the out line.

Also I'm not sure how to restore the user account to the new server , any one have the recovery plan.
