Recover An Exchange 2003 using /DisasterRecovery switch

Hi, I'm doing an Exchange 2003 recovery to a different server hardware and run the intallation using /DesaterRecovery switch. When I'm done I can't find the Exchange System Manager to open it to configure the paths to restore the exchange storage group.
Does anyone have run into this same problem before? Do you know how I can get around this?

Did you do #9 ?

You should be able to install ESM from the CD if you missed doing it during item #9 above, from memory, it is a custom install, select ESM only
