recover a deleted accedd database

We just had a access database deletd by error and descovered that it was not backed up. Does anyone have any ideas on how to retrive it. I was deleted over the network from a remote pc so it isn't in any recycle bin. Thanks Jerryl

Depending on the server's operating system, you will probably have some method there of recovering a deleted file.
