I have created a website that includes a form that submits into an Access database. When I test form it submits information correctly into the database. When my employee who works from a home office submits data the information does not appear in the database. The information appears to submit correctly and the database seems to utilize the “Record” number but the actual record does not appear. For example if I submit data for three forms and it records as records 1,2,3 and then he submits data for one form (nothing appears) and then I submit additional data for a form my records pick up at record number 5. Record 4 is used but does not appear.
I have tested several computers (IE 6 and IE 8) and my records go through correctly. He is using IE8. I need help..
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Is there a setting in my Access database that I can change? Is this a website code issue? I also use Go Daddy as my hosting server. They were unable to assist me.

Yes. Specifically, it's whatever code is doing the insert. What do you use to create the website with, ASP, ASP.NET, something else?

I used ASP in Dreamweaver Cs3. I created the Database for the form in MS FrontPage 2003.

The form has been working fine for the past 2 years. My user did just upgrade to IE8 recently.

FYI - I asked my USER to re-install IE8. He did and now his data is committing to the Access Database. I am not sure why this worked but it did.
Thanks,
