Hi,

I have a form from which I select individual records using a check box. Those records selected are then output from a query with fields that are calculated. When I run the query, individual records are sometimes missing depending on where I position the cursor prior to pressing the query button. I can't see any reason for this as all the records should be output. Any ideas please?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Not sure why this is happening. If your query is set up to select records where the field that the check box refers to has the value True, then thses records should all be returned when the query is executed. I have tried this on a form in continuous forms view with a check box at the end of each record. When ticked and a button is clicked, the form's record source is changed to the query. All the ticked records are shown in the form.

thanks for the reply,
still don't know why this happened, managed to solve it by saving the record before the query was run.

Thanks again.
