recording teleworker users with redbox

Hi Guys, I am new to RedBox recorders.

system is: 3300 CX MCD6
MBG version 8

We have installed a redbox to a customer where most of users are teleworker users. Before we record extensions we have to select it on the RedBox, extensions have their correspondent IP address. In case of a teleworker user that IP address is a public one which will change as user move to a new location.

Any idea how to tell the red box to record extension say 7104 regardless of its IP address??

Is the teleworker and src on different servers?

If on the MBG SERVER create an icp which is the Ip of the src, then point the teleworker phones to that.. If that makes sense
 
In which case it should be as simple as setting the teleworker exts to record mate. Is call recording turned on globally or do you do it by ext?
 
Just had a quick loom at the eng guide and the only supported method to record teleworkers is dual server, one mbg in the DMZ and another on the LAN. You then do as I said in my first post and create an icp in the DMZ mbg as the mbg in the LAN. Then add the actual icp in the mbg on the LAN.
 
Agreed with the above comment from Mitelmatt, we have a similar setup for a customer, the only thing you need to watch out for is the teleworker server will try to tap out a call to the Redbox even if there are no SRC licenses available this will display an alarm on the Redbox but wont provide details where the license violation is coming from. Simply disable to "Call Recording" option in the MBG global config for the Teleworker and ensure this is enabled on the SRC MBG.
