Does anyone have information of the best way to integrate a recording system to Definity G3 Prologix switch? What does Avaya call that option- I am sure they sell a solution.
which is a really great system although it can be quite expensive. We just bought a Nice Logger for about 50K for our call center. There are many recording systems that will work I've heard bad things about Racal Recording and I have quotes from other company's such as Witness Systems, Dictaphone, Stancil Recording, which we didn't go with because they were not scallable and we wanted the option to integrate the call recording with Avaya's CMS products.
