Recording Off Site Transfer Calls

I am working with a 406 v2 that has voicemail pro and have been trying to implement a call to be recorded when the system forwards a call or twins a call to an off site call center. i have set up the twinned extension to record all outbound calls manually but since the system is placing the call and not the phone itself it doens't record.

I also setup an account code based on the digits dialed and implemented the mandatory call record on the account codes as well. to no avail it is not recording the calls.

the scenario is when the calls are forwarded at night to their answering service they want to record the calls to be able to ensure the quality of the answering center and to make sure that the customers are well taken care of.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 
Try pointing the call to a group and using the recording settings on there.
