Hi all

does anyone know if it is possible to make a call from your mobile or blackberry to the cs1000 and conference in an external user and have the call recorded on the witness systems???

If the conference involves any recordable set on the 1000, then whoever is conf will be on the recording.

Hi Mato

The way they want it to work is the user dials in to the PBX but no psychical phone set would pick up

It just be the blackberry calling a another blackberry user and conferencing in the ddi on the PBX and this ddi is set to record

Does that make sense?

Regards

Not sure if this helps, but I think the easiest way would to configure a set with "Auto Answer" active and have that set as a recorded user. So the mobile user could just call that set then call the other party and everyone would get recorded by the set configured on the system. If this is required form multiply user's then you may want to approach it differently.

Cheers, I was thinking of that but that means that a phone will ring and go on speaker...
