Hi,

could you recommend me a Recorder for an IP Office 500 to record trunks E1.
I know Audiolog can do it, but could you recommend me some others?
Thanks

Try Trisys/Tapit Nova. They offer PRI recording boxes that can record 100% of in/outbound call traffic, and you can search/reply through their software similar to Contact Store. Trysis Tech Support: 973-360-2300

In the near future Xima Chronicall will also offer a "recording box" of some sort. Chronicall is a call accounting/reporting tool. I would wait for Chronicall's product, but Trisys does work well.

Xarios also do a call recorder designed to work with the IP Office (as well as the Mitel MCD, 3300 and 5000) :)

Xima Software is making hardware? When did this happen?

I have a slight idea that you know best :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I recently sat in on meetings with Xima Chronicall. Target Date is for April 2013. They will have a product that records 100% of calls on T1/PRI, and recordings will be accessible via Chronicall web gui- no longer relying on VMPRO ports/VRL etc.
