Recording Conf 1 conference line?

I have an external number that points at a shortcode(399) that drops the caller into the Conference Meet Me line.

I need to be able to record any calls to that number, but for the life of me I can't get it to work.

Within IPO, on the ICR I have turned Voice Recording On and ticked the Voice Recording Library box. It doesn't seem to record anything at all though.

Has anyone had experience of recording Conference Meet Me calls?

Without "Voice Recording Library" ticked does it record to the mailbox?

I unticked the Voice Recording Library box and selected an extension as the mailbox but nothing appears. The extension I used doesn't actually point to a handset it's just an ext with no destination.

Voice Recording Library said another way is the licensed Contact Store.
