Recording calls

Hi - one of the supervisors is requesting to record calls for training new agents. We use Symposium/Opt11c/CallPilot.
what solutions are there to recording calls?

The only other way would be the old Radio Shack telephone recorder.

a single set unit connects to the handset itself or the handset port.. the ones i've used are a rack mount unit, you loop the tn through it

For simple isolated cases like this one, we use a product by Konexx called Phone 2 PC.
It taps your handset and feeds the audio to your PC. Catch - your PC has to have a sound card.
Once recorded, you can play back the recordings using any media player.
