Is there a plug-in for the Nortel BCM that would allow us to selectively record phone calls made through the system? We have BCM 2.5 in 3 locations.

There are third party products that do this. Parallax makes a recording solution that ties in with the digital ports. Works well, doesn't care what release the BCM is running on.

Thank you biv343 - I'll check out Parallax!

Algo AuxBox is another product that ties into the wiring. Doesn't care if it's BCM or XICS or what release.

Product saves the recordings on a network server as a .wav file.
