Has anyone out there found a solution for recording calls over an IP Softphone? Our quality assurance group has to record all of their phone calls, but they can't (at this point) do that while using a softphone. They currently use MCK extenders, and they are becoming more flaky the longer they use them. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks

Hi,
I searched the field for a similiar solution, regardless of what type of phone is used.
I did not find anything but those packages from the BigOnes ... like "Witness" ... would be glad to hear other opinions.
