Recording Announcements from remote site? 1

I currently administer a remote G3Si located in a remote city. I need to record announcements on a (TN750C).

Is there a way I can record an announcement from a remote site?


Any help would be appreciated.

You need to setup a remote access number (change remote). Make it a DID and use a cor with console permissions. Dial the DID, dial the record announcement feature code, and away you go. I would remove the DID when done and/or use barrier codes to prevent toll fraud. -CL

I guess we would all say "remote access, feature access codes etc", however remote access opens up a can of worms.
If this really is the only way, and it is desperately needed, and you have no idea how to administer remote access, or you have questions regarding toll fraud, post them here - there are more knowledable persons than I around.

Thanks for the tip. I setup the remote access and was able to perform the necessary changes.
