Recording AA prompts in Embedded VoiceMail

Hello,

We are using Embedded Voice Mail and would like to use an external service provider to record our AA prompts. We were able to record internally using the short codes. How can this be achieved by someone outside by calling in the phone.

You could set a ddi to goto the short code. It will be a bit fiddly if you want to record all the options, but if you know when they are goint to dial in you could temporarily route ddi's for all options.
