I need some help programming ESA in load 24. i would like to show it activated on a tty port as well as show the information to the 2250 console. cs1000 rls 6. the end user dials 9911 and pri trunks show 10 digit main number

I am not sure what to enter for the following prompts;

ent 0
ddgt?
dfcl?
esdn?
osdn?

thanks for the help

1st off - you can not notify a 2250 console - only a digital or IP phone where key 0 is only appearance

2nd - as soon as ESA is built, any calls to 911 are logged to any TTY or HST file with MTC

TYPE ESA Type of data block = ESA (Emergency Services Access)
CUST xx Customer number associated with this data block
ENTR xx
- -ESDN xxxx Emergency Services Directory Number - (911)
- -ESRT 0-511 Emergency Services Access route number - (skip this if you would rather use RLI - recommended)
- -RLI xxx Route List Index number - ( RLI previously defined)
- -DDGT x..x Directing digits - (911)
- -DFCL x..x Default ESA Calling Number - (Primary number)
- -OSDN x..x On-Site Notification station DN - (number on key 0 of phone with OSN key defined)

When you test - be sure not to hang up but tell 911 operator you are doing a test. You may also ask if address and number are correct. Unless you have an 911 ALI agreement with your telco provider, number and address are provided by your telco provider.

Thanks,

i will try this and see what happens
