Record systems for Mitel

Hello.
We are looking for a recording system for a mitel customer. He has a contact center with 35 agents and the want to record all traffic. We have been heard from Red box and ASC Evolite.
Has anyone installed these systems? wich is your opinion? what do you recomend us?

You can also enable recording on your 3300 for all calls, if you want. They then can be delivered via e-mail (SMTP). This may already be enabled on your computer.
 
Call recording via the embedded mail is not a viable option for continuous recording of 35 agents. Ok for Recording on demand for limited use.

I have also heard of Telrex but have no experience.

Questions to Ask:
Is live monitoring required.
Do you need station based or trunk based recording.
If recording over IP, will the network handle the traffic.
If recording over IP, can the network be configured (usually port mirroring required)
Lots more but these are the BIG ones.

The requeriments are 35 calls recording at the same time, and 6 hours busy per day.

I guess Telrex is the only solution. It's not bad, but I just find it has too many issues. Some times it does "just break." Many calls to their TS... but it does work well when it works.
 
My company uses a solution from Activa Solutions. We use the Veritel Pro product and have very few problems. The set-up we have records trunk side on one system and Mitel VOIP calls.
